• All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by WDT Energy
• Delivery schedules are estimates and may be subject to change due to operational or logistical circumstances
• Prices are subject to prevailing market rates at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Payment terms will be as specified in the relevant sales agreement or invoice

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders or submitting inquiries
• Ensure safe and accessible delivery points for our tanker vehicles
• Comply with all applicable safety regulations during fuel delivery operations
• Make timely payments in accordance with agreed terms
